The answer is -4
Solution:
f(x) = 3x - 7
g(x) = 2x^2 - 3x + 1
(fog)(0)
= f(2(0)^2 - 3(0) + 1)
= f(2x^2 - 3x + 1)
= f(1)
= 3x - 7
= 3(1) - 7
= -4
