Public Health activists and human rights activists have come to a head-to-head argument over a nurse in Maine named Kaci Hicox who spent time in West Africa treating patients afflicted with the Ebola Virus. Hicox claims that the government's attempt to confine her to her home for 21 days (the incubation period for an Ebola infected patient to show symptoms) are unconstitutional.
