How to find the rise and run and slope of a line

Answer/Step-by-step explanation:

Think of it as a reverse fraction.
(y)/(x) instead of
(x)/(y). You should Do the RISE (y) over RUN (x). The Slope is the same as the Rise over 1, but simplified. So if the Rise over run is 3/1, then you would put the slope as 3. You may be asking, "What if it is 10/20 or 5/7?". You would just simplify it into a decimal, or make the fraction smaller.

Run is looking to the right and making a triangle rise is how much it rises until it gets to the line
