Can anyone help me with question 1 and 2 I don't understand it

Can anyone help me with question 1 and 2 I don't understand it-example-1

For question 1 , B is the answer because clearly it’s stated that it’s the radius and radius is the distance from the center outwards and circumference is the distance once around the circle so I think B is the right one because twice the radius would be the circumference or diameter I think it should be B thou I’m not sure but confirm from an expert !!❤️
