For this case we must find the values a, b, c:

2 (1.2x + 0.3) (x-0.5) + (0.5x ^ 2 + 2.5x-1.3) =\\(2.4x + 0.6) (x-0.5) + (0.5x ^ 2 + 2.5x-1.3) =

We apply distributive property:

(2.4x ^ 2-1.2x + 0.6x-0.3) + (0.5x ^ 2 + 2.5x-1.3) =\\(2.4x ^ 2-0.6x-0.3) + (0.5x ^ 2 + 2.5x-1.3) =

We finish the term:

2.9x ^ 2 + 1.9x-1.6

Answer:
a = 2.9\\b = 1.9\\c = -1.6
