1. A warm up and a cool down

One person does not need to work out 7 times a week in order to maintain good physique.

If someone does not warm up their muscles, stretch, or get their body prepared to work out, this can lead to injuries in the muscles and slipped disks and dislocations of the bones.

It is also important to cool down so you train your body to still be moving at a slower pace. It is very dangerous to just sit down after an intense workout.

Answer:

B: Workout 7 days a week

Step-by-step explanation:

Ignoring your body signals arent healthy, If you warm up and cool down it makes no sense because your doing a warm up and then being a couch potato so really no point.
