When the sign is < or >, you use an open circle -> o

When the sign is ≤ or ≥ (less/greater than or equal to), you use a closed circle.

I don't know what variable your using like n in Question 5, so I'm just gonna use x

1. There is an open circle at 2, and the arrow is point to the right, where the numbers are increasing, so your inequality is:

x > 2 [x is a number greater than 2]

2. There is a closed circle on 3, and the arrow is pointing to the left, where the numbers are decreasing, so:

x ≤ 3 [x is any number less than or equal to 3]

3. x < 4 [x is a number less than 4]

4. x ≥ 5 [x is greater than or equal to 5]

5. To solve this, you need to isolate the variable n

3n - 10 ≥ 2 Add 10 on both sides

3n ≥ 12 Divide 3 on both sides to get n by itself

n ≥ 4 [n is a number greater than or equal to 4]

The graph should have a closed circle on 4, and the arrow pointing to the right
