Answer: 5,4 and 9,3 are your coordinates. The other person's wrong because I didn't get that question right

First point given: (5,4)
Y = -1/4x + b
4 = -1/4(5) + b
4 = -5/4 + b
b = 2.75
Equation: y = -1/4x + 2.75

Find three points
(5,4), (9,5), (1,3)
Plot these and draw a line
