Explanation:

4 EQUAL parts;

part 1, 2, and part 3 are all included in the bigger angle

part 4 is included in the smaller angle

96 (total) / 4 (parts) = 24 degrees

part 1 + part 2 + part 3 = 72 degrees

part 4 = 24 degrees
