Answer:

3x^8√(11x)

Explanation:

\sqrt{99x^(17)}

First we have to break the 99 up into 9 and 11. Since 9 is a perfect square, it'll come out perfect. Then for the x to the power of 17 we will make the exponent into an even number by taking one x away.

\sqrt{99x^(17)}\\\sqrt{9x^(16)}√(11x)

So after we have this simplify the perfect square and don't touch the non-perfect ones.

\sqrt{99x^(17)}\\\sqrt{9x^(16)}√(11x)\\3x^8√(11x)

So that's it!
