Answer:

A = 36.75 cm^2

Explanation:

The area of a trapezoid is found by

A = 1/2 (b1+b2) *h

where b1 and b2 are the bases and h is the height

A = 1/2 (12+9) *3.5

A = 1/2(21)*3.5

A = 36.75 cm^2
