Answer: The slope is -3/1 and the intercept is positive 2.

Explanation:

Change 3x + y = 2 to slope intercept form y = mx + b.

3x - 3x + y = -3x + 2

y = -3x + 2

Place a dot on the y intercept of the graph at positive 2. count up 3 spaces and to the left one space and then again up 3 spaces and to the left one space. To extend the line downward do the same by starting back at the positive 2 on the y intercept and count down 3 spaces and to the right 1 space, and repeat to form the line.
