Answer: The answer is D -0.5

Explanation:

First off you can cross out A and B because they are zero and a positive because the line has a negative slope. So that leaves you with C, D, and E. C is close to zero so the plot would be pretty scattered about. D is an in between answer because it isn’t quite a strong correlation or a weak one. Finally E is close to -1 so it is a strong correlation.
