Bonjour

J'adore la chasse ► CORRECT

you HAVE TO use an indefinite article

OR

you could say

J'adore chasser. (infinitive verb "chasser")

When two verbs follows the second one is infinitive tense

j'adore (présent) + chasser (infinitive)
