Answer:

Mean: 12.23

Median: 13

Range: 6

Mode: 14

Explanation:

Mean = the sum of data / total number of data values = 379 / 31 = about 12.23

Median = 13 because it is the number that is both halfway largest and halfway smallest; it's the middle value of the data set

Range = 6, because the lowest number in this set of data is 10 and the highest data value is 16, and there are 6 numbers in between them

Mode = 14 because it is the number that appears the most often

i hope this helps :)

Answer:

range: 6

median: 13

mode: 12 & 14

mean: 12.6

Explanation:

the range of data is just the largest number subtracted by the smallest number

the largest number is 16 and the smallest 10

16 - 10 = 6

the range is 6

the median is the middle number in a set of data. to find this, you would write the list in numerical order and and cross a number off from each side until you reach the middle number

the median is 13

the mode is the number that appears most frequently. looking at the data, that seems to be both 12 and 14, both occuring 7 times

the mode is 12 and 14

the mean of a range of data is when you add up all the numbers, and divide by the amount of numbers in the data set.

adding the numbers together, we get 391, and we divide that by the amount of numbers in the data set, which is 31

391/31 = 12.6

the mean is 12.6
