(36x^3-36x-1)/6x+6 or 6x^2-6x+(-1/6x+6)

For this case we must find the product of the following expression:

6 (x ^ 2-1) * \frac {6 (x-1)} {6 (x + 1)}

We can rewrite
x ^ 2-1 as:

(x + 1) (x-1), then:

6 (x + 1) (x-1) * \frac {6 (x-1)} {6 (x + 1)} =

Canceling similar terms of the numerator and denominator:

(x-1) * 6 (x-1) =\\6 (x-1) ^ 2

ANswer:

6 (x-1) ^ 2
