x + 1 = 0 ( subtract 1 from both sides )

x = - 1 with multiplicity 2 ← zero

This indicates that the graph has a minimum turning point at (- 1, 0)

Note from your table

the value for x = - 1 should be y = 0 ( not - 2 )
