Answer:

y=5x-10

Explanation:

slope intercept form is y=mx+b

since we know it is parallel to y=5x-1, we know that it has the same slope of 5.

So, we plug it in:

y=mx+b

y=5

x=3

(taken from point (3,5))

m=5

(taken from parallel line)

5=(5)(3)+b

5=15+b

b=-10

The equation would be y=5x-10
