Answer:

It would not be a function

Explanation:

A function has no repeating 'x' values

(3,-13) x=3

(3,2) x=3

(18,-5) x=18

So, because there is more than one of the same 'x' value (3) it is not a function.

I hope that helped :)

Answer:

  • No

Explanation:

Given ordered pairs:

  • (3, -13)
  • (3, 2)
  • (18,-5)

There is a repeat of domains (3) with different range (-13 and 2) but the function can't have repeat domains so it is not a function
