Answer: The slope is
(-2)/(5) and the y-intercept is
(-1)/(3)

Explanation:

We know that the intercept form of a linear function is given by :-

y=mx+c, where m is the slope of the line and c is the y intercept point.

The slope of a function is given by :-

m=\frac{\text{change in y}}{\text{change in x}}\\\\\\\Rightarrow\ m=((-2)/(15)-(-1)/(30))/((-1)/(2)-(-3)/(4))\\\\\\\Rightarrow\ m=((-3)/(30))/((1)/(4))=(-2)/(5)

Put the value of m in the general intercept equation , we get

y=(-2)/(5)x+c

Put
x=(-1)/(2) and
y=(-2)/(15) in it , we get

(-2)/(15)=(-2)/(5)* (-1)/(2)+c\\\\\Rightarrow\ c=(-2)/(15)*(5)/(1)=(-1)/(3)

Hence, The slope is
(-2)/(5) and the y-intercept is
(-1)/(3)
