Given;

m∠1 = 10x + 4 and m∠2 = 5x - 4

Angles 1 and 2 are supplementary angles meaning that they add up to 180°

i.e,

(10x + 4) + (5x - 4) = 180°

10x + 5x + 4 - 4 = 180°

15x = 180°

x = 180/15 = 12

m∠2 = 5(12)° - 4° = 60° - 4° = 56°
