The second side would be 15 inches.

Explanation:

In order to determine the other side, create a proportion. On the left side, use the original dimensions. On the right side, use the new dimensions with x as the unknown.

4/6 = 10/x

Now cross multiply to solve.

10*6 = 4*x

60 = 4x

15 = x
