SF = Smaller Length / Longer Length

When scaling up it is

Solve for SF = .8 or 4/5.

For permimiter you add all four sides. Multiply the width of the larger pool by the scale factor. 25*.8 = 20

20 + 20 + 40 + 40 = 120

25 + 25 + 50 + 50 = 150
