I feel like the answer would be 110 in.

Explanation:

First what I did was I added both lengths together (7+3) and the heights together (2+9)

Then i multiplied those answers together to get 110

Divide the rectangle in 2 so it'll be easier to find the area of each.

First rectangle: 9 * 4 or 36

Second rectangle: 2 * 3 or 6

Then add the areas to get the total: 36 + 6 = 42 (inches)
