Perimeter of rectangle:
P=2a+2b

Put in data given
a=69 (height) and
P=240 (perimeter)

240=2*69+2b

Now solve for b (width).

2b=240-2*69

b=(240-2*69)/(2)=\boxed{51}

It's width is 51 feet. Hope this helps.
