Answer:

Robert bought 13 colored pencils and 2 pencils

Explanation:

13 x 0.60 = 7.8
2 x 0.45 = 0.9

7.8 + 0.9 = 8.70

13 colored pencils are $7.80

2 pencils are $0.9

15 total is $8.70
