Answer:

-4.10

Explanation:

We have so solve
(7\tfrac{4}{9}-8)(3.6)-(1.6)((1)/(8)-(3)/(4))+1\tfrac{2}{5}/ (-0.35)

To solve this expression we will use BODMAS.

B ⇒ Bracket

O ⇒ open

D ⇒ Divide

M ⇒ Multiplication

A ⇒ Addition

S ⇒ Subtraction

First we will solve inside the brackets.

(1)
(7\tfrac{4}{9}-8)=(69)/(9)-8=((67-72)/(9))=((-5)/(9))

(2)
((1)/(8)-(3)/(4))=(1-6)/(8)=((-5)/(8))

Now expression becomes

((-5)/(9))(3.6)-(1.6)((-5)/(8))+(7)/(5)/ (-0.35)

=
(-5)(0.04)-(0.02)(-5)+(7)/(5)* (1)/((-0.35))

=
(-0.20)-(-0.10)+(1)/(5(-0.05))

=
-.20+.10-(1)/(.25)=-.20+.10-4

= -4.20 + 0.10 = -4.10
