First you need to figure out the common pattern you see. What I saw was that we are dividing something.

I looked at the 16 and -8 and thought of -2. To make sure, you can use a calculator.

So -8 is the 4th term you can go back dividing -8 with -2 until you've reached the 11th term.

I don't know if my answer is right. I wasn't being organized as I could be. It would be better if you do it again to make sure it's correct.
