Solve the left side


(2)/(10) +(x)/(100) =(20+x)/(100)

so


(20+x)/(100)=(5)/(y)

equate the numerators and the denominators

20+x=5 ------> x=5-20=-15

100=y -------> y=5

therefore

The numbers are -15 and 100
