Question

My computer keeps freezing when trying to start up a new computer (got a new motherboard, CPU, GPU, case, and psu)(had to get a copy of windows into a USB stick) I start up my computer and doesn't work i can't finish setting up.

Try checking if you placed the motherboard in correctly. I am not certain enough.
