The amount of carbs = (700/100)*x

8x = 100 Divide by 8

8x/8 = 100/8

x = 12.5

Protein = 12.5 carbs

Carbs = 7*12.5 = 87.5 grams

So both cereals contain 12.5 grams of proteins and 87.5 grams of carbs.
