How does the us foreign policy affect issues within us ?

Foreign policy is mainly enforced by the President as you can see most of the time when he meets with other countries/allies.

Without foreign policy, we'd have bad relationships with our allied countries.

So foreign policy effects the stability of the relationships we have with the other countries of the world, through communication, money, trade, etc.
