The answer is B. 1 5/8 is equivalent to 13/8. Divide 13/8 by 1/3, which is the same as multiplying 13/8 by 3/1, and you get 39/8. 39/8 is greater than 4, but less than 5, so you can make maximum 4 smoothies.
