(x,y) ---> (7,-3)

In a graph x is horizontal line while y is vertical line.

Right side of origin is positive x, while left side is negative.

Top of the origin is y positive while below the origin is negative.

Now the point: (7,-3)

x is 7

y is -3

So right 7 and 3 bottom

Answer: D

Answer:

d) move 7 units right and 3 units down.

Step-by-step explanation:

From (0,0) which is the origin, move 7 units right. Right now it would be (7,y). Then move 3 units down which would be (7,-3)
