d) move 7 units to the right and 3 units down.

Explanation:

The answer is going to be d because if you draw it out, an entire graph, and you move exactly 7 units the the right and 3 units down it should be exactly (7,-3). The answers cannot be a or b, because they're asking you to move 3 units down and up. That would give you (3,-3) which is not what they are asking for. B cannot be it either because it will give you (-7,-3) and lastly it can't be c because it'll give you the point (-3,7).
