(shaded area) = (area of circle section 360-130 degrees) + (isosceles triangle)

(section area 230 degrees) =
(230^\circ)/(360^\circ)\pi r^2= 0.6389\cdot 3.1416\cdot 123.21 m^2 = 247.3m^2

(triangle area) =
(1)/(2)a\cdot b\cdot\sin 130^\circ = (1)/(2)11.1^2 m^2\cdot\sin 130^\circ=47.19m^2

(Total area) = 247.3 + 47.2 = 294.5 m^2
