Answer:

if you look at the graph closely it has the y axis (top circle limit) on 5 and bottom -6

Same on the x axis to the left -5 to the right circle 6

total amount from onside to another is 11 which make the diameter 11.

Radius? divide the diameter which is 11/2 = 5.5

it says it has been dilated. If it has been re-sized smaller then it B. 2.75

5.5 divided by 2 = 2.75
