Given D(7, 3) and AD = 6 then the coordinates of A will have the same y- coordinate as D and an x- coordinate 6 less than the x- coordinate of D

A = (7 - 6, 3) = (1, 3)

Given AB = 5 then the coordinates of point B will have the same x- coordinate as A and a y- coordinate 5 more than the y- coordinate of A

B = (1, 3 + 5) = (1, 8)

Point C has the same x- coordinate as D and the same y- coordinate as B

C = (7, 8 )
