The weather describes about the changing atmospheric pressure and temperature, amount of precipitation and moisture content and the wind that occurs in a particular place over a shorter period of time. All the weather phenomenon that occurs, takes place in the troposphere layer. This layer extends from the surface of the earth up to a height of about 10 km.

Whereas, Climate refers to the above changes but over a larger period of time. In simple words, it describe the pattern of weather over a long period of time, typically about years.
