Ok, so the 6ft down there would also be the diameter for the semi-circumference.

To find the perimeter on a circle you do 2pir, r=3ft, so you just multiply them:

6pi, but this is the whole circle, so you divide it by two to get the semi-circumference:

Plus the sides on the rectangle:

4 + 4 + 6 + 3pi= 23.42ft
