So, we isolate t (well, almost isolate, because it would be hard to read)


((s - 62)/(16) )^(2)  = 7t

If we replace s by 150 we get:


7t = ((150 - 62)/(16) )^(2) =  ((88)/(16) )^(2) =  (5.5 )^(2) = 30.25

We have 7t = 30.25. If we divide both sides by 7 we get the number of weeks: 4.32... so rounding it down to 4.
