We have the slope and a point, we can use the point slope form

y-y1 = m(x-x1)

Distribute

y-5 = -x+2

This is the point slope form

We can also manipulate the equation into slope intercept form

Add 5 to each side

y-5+5 = -x+2+5

y = -x +7
