Answer: 444

Explanation:

Remove the decimal point from 6 because 6.0 is already a whole number. It also makes multiplying easier!

6.0 = 6

Finally, you multiply!

The answer is 444.
My method is

6*4 = 24
7*6= 42
Add a 0 to the end of the 42 making it equal 420. You add the 0 since you moved over the four to the seven and need a place for the ones spot.
24+420= 444
