Answer: Franklin should not attempt to cross any areas with flowing water because he could get injured or swept away. Franklin should also not drive on flooded roadways because it can be hard to tell how deep the water is and his vehicle could easily get stuck. If his car does get stuck, Franklin should leave it immediately.

Answer: He should either try and find a new route or study the height off the water and see if his vehicle could make it.

Explanation: Why? Because if the water is too high or fast then his car/vehicle has the chance of getting swept away which will put him in a worse situation. If it is not, he can pass through. If not, he should try and find a new route to his destination.
