Answer: The answer is 13

Explanation:

first it tells you that x=3 which means that you need to put a 3 in for every x you see in the equation

which will bring you to 3^2+4(3)+5 all divided by 2

3 to the 2nd is 9, 4 times 3 = 12 so 9+12+5 =26 divided by 2 equals 13 :)

substitute all the x for 3

3^2+4(3)+5/2

simply

9+12+5/2

26/2
