y = 4x + 7 \\ \\ 1. \: y - 7 = 4x \\ 2. \: (y - 7)/(4) = x \\ 3. \: x = (y - 7)/(4)

Well here are 3

(0,7);(1,11);(2,15)

4(0) + 7 y:7

You can keep doing it choose a number for x that's and for y multiply 4 times the numer you choosed for x and add 7 to it
