What is the best diet that is not dangerous and does not make you suffer too much? I was just wanting to lose some weight but I have a very difficult body. I was thinking something like a fast, water diet (go only on water), protein diet (replace any carbohydrates in your diet with protein), but idk so please tell me what other diets are efficient and safe. Thank you!!​
