For this we can calculate the difference between two of the vertices.

The vertex Z is at (0, 5) and the one in W is at (-4,0)

Then the difference is equal to:

Z - W = (0, 5) - (-4, 0) = (4, 5)

We can calculate the lenght of this vector as:

L = √(4^2 + 5^2) = √(16 + 25) = √41 = 6.4 units.

then the perimeter is 4*6.4 units = 25.6 units

The correct option is B.
