Which speaker is most likely to feel represented in the U.S. government?

Speaker 1: Neither major party is focused enough on protecting the environment, which is why i joined a third party. Of course, we have trouble getting our candidates into office?

Speaker 2: I think the major parties are both to liberal. I haven't really found a party that speaks to my beliefs.

Speaker 3: I'm a longtime republican. I don't agree with all of the party's goals, but it represents the majority of my interests effectively.

Speaker 4: The democratic party is moving toward the center and becoming more moderate. I don't think it really represents me any longer.

Answer:

The correct answer would be Speaker 3: I´m a longtime Republican. I don´t agree with all the party´s goals, but it represents the majority of my interests effectively.

Step-by-step explanation:

This would be the speaker who would most likely feel represented in the current U.S government, given the fact that this person is allied with the party that has control of most of the government branches at the moment and his interests are better represented as they align with those of the Republican party itself. Also, this is the only speaker, from the choices, who seems to still be involved with his party, as the others show to be more discontent, and therefore, less represented by the party that is in government at the moment.
