B since the others only describe how she sat on the bed, but did not deceive what the bed were like

Answer:

D. Exhaustedly, she slid down the wall into a sitting puddle on the bed.

Step-by-step explanation:

In A, B, and C, the verbs landed, placed, parked are very general and, therefore, not very descriptive.

The verb slid in D means move smoothly along a surface while maintaining continuous contact with it. It is more descriptive than landed, placed, parked as we can easily imagine the way she came to rest on the bed (slid down the wall). Into a sitting puddle is another very vivid detail describing the situation along with the adverb exhaustedly that shows the state of her physical fitness at that moment.
